Iss Pyaar ko Kya Naam Doon- Analysis
The episode starts with Arnav giving an ultimatum that his
engagement to Lavanya happens either tomorrow or never, leaving everybody
including Khushi, in a state of shock. Engagement/ Marriage are occasions which
you want to celebrate with your family, friends your loved ones, and thats what
Lavanya will not get to do here. Khushi
is shown to feel sad for Lavanya and her state, for which she feels
responsible. She goes behind Arnav to
confront him, but instead ends up being confronted by him. She finds herself in a fix when Arnav asks
her why is his engagement affects her so much.
Be his engagement tomorrow or after a year, what does it have to do with
her? Barun Sobti has given some
extremely beautiful expressions here, from being angry to hopeful, wanting to
hear from her that "His engagement to another woman does affect her”.
