Mayank to receive scholarship in Miley Jab Hum Tum

Miley Jab Hum Tum in the coming episodes will get to see Mayank acquire a scholarship with a big company. For the next two episodes or so, Samrat-Gunjan-Neil will be on front line (leading the story) and nupur is there waiting for mayank with the gang while mayank is gone. This is supposedly only for two episodes as Arjun had left on April 19th to Australia. Arjun will be returning soon, for the Mayank Nupur track to move forward.

New entry in MJHT for SaJan

As everyone knows, Mohit and Sanaya hosting season 2 and many audience members came to TellyTadka wondering, if they will get to see more of Arjun and Rati in Miley Jab Hum Tum.

Well TellyTadka reporters did get some news which will bring a smile to everyone's face. You will get to see Mayank and Nupur romance their way in the coming episodes. Sources have told TellyTadka, that a new male entry is going to take place in Miley Jab Hum Tum where the new character will test the bond of Samrat Gunjan again. "You may consider this as a love angle but its not", said our source.

While in conversation, with the creatives we asked whether if they are reading the fan's suggestions? They responded saying "they do check the e-mails and they have created it for the fans".

They also mentioned, that fans have been writing their frustration, and not really suggestions. They would like see suggestions, which they have not seen much of yet through many of the fan's feed backs.

THE COMPETITION BETWEEN MENTORS “HOTS UP” ON LUX DANCE INDIA DANCE …!

s Zee TV’s Lux Dance India Dance inches closer to the grand finalé when the coveted “sunehri taqdeer ki topi” will be handed out to India’s next dancing sensation, the mentors on the show - Geeta Kapoor, Remo D’souza and Terence Lewis, having invested hours of sweat and toil into moulding and chiseling the 12 finalists, are determined to ensure that it is one of their own protégés who walks away with the big laurel.

A strong sense of rivalry seems to have surfaced between the trio to the extent that when the channel recently requested them to swap contestants for a special episode, they instantly gunned the idea down!

The channel was keen to have Geeta’s contestants trained by Remo & Terence’s contestants choreographed by Geeta for a special episode just to examine how each contestant fares when coached by another master. Apparently, all three mentors flatly refused this idea, saying that they were not willing to see any of their contestants getting eliminated after having been choreographed by another mentor. Does this mean that Remo, Geeta and Terence do not trust each other’s choreographing abilities? Or are they worried that the other mentors will not put in adequate efforts to extract the best performance from their contestants? With such cut-throat competition between the mentors
dying to outdo each other, you can only expect brilliance in the final episodes of Lux Dance India Dance.

Holi is one of the most fun filled festivals celebrated. Let us make this celebration even more fun by remembering some of the best holi scenes shown on Televison. There is no way that in one page we can list all the scenes because serials are numerous and so many scenes. However, we tried to pick some of the best holi scenes ever.



Kumkum: this holi is post reincarnation of kumkum and sumit. Firstly, Kumkum applies red color on Veena’s face and Veena feels kumkum’s presence but before she can she her Kumkum disappears. Kumkum then goes and puts red color on Sumit who becomes furious at her. He picks her up and throws her in the water but after realising that she is drunk, he picks her up and takes her to her room and put her to sleep.

Banoo Main Teri Dulhann: Post reincarnation, Amar and Divya meet in Banaras where Divya has to stay at Amar’s house. Amar gradually falls in love with Divya. During the holi celebration, Amar who has drunk a lot of bhaang walks up to Divya and fills her maang with red color.

Choti Bahu: Dev who has just returned from USA sees Radhika and falls for her. He seraches for her everywhere. Then on day of holi he goes to celebrate with Birju where he puts red color on Radhika’s cheeks thinking it is Birju. Radhika runs from there and Dev follows. Radhika comes and sits by the river bank. She tries to remove the color but it doesnt wash off. She then imagines Dev come towards her but is disturbed by her friend teasing her about the red color.

Kaisa Yeh Pyar Hain: Kripa comes to the holi celebration but Angad rudely asks her to go home so nothing happens to the child. Angad in his mind says that he will always care for kripa even if he is angry with her and kripa also says in her mind that she knows angad cares for her no matter what. As Kripa is about to go in the car, Angad comes and puts color on kripa’s forehead and also wished her.

Kitani Mohabbat Hain: Sahil has made a cardboard statue of Arjun. Aarohi throws water color on it but just then arjun comes and removes the cardboard and all the color smahes into his face. Arjun gets very angry and starts moving towards Aarohi who keeps moving back and finally she falls into a tub with water color.

Dil Mil Gaye: we have two scenes from the serial as Riddhima was replaced more than once. The first scene is when Shilpa Anand was playing Riddhima. Riddhima is completely drunk so Armaan offers to drop her home. While Armaan is putting her off to sleep, Ridhhima says she loves him a lot. Armaan also says he loves her but Riddhima has already fallen asleep. The sceond scene is when Sukriti Khandpal was playing Riddhima. Armaan, Atul, and Rahul are looking for Riddhima, Anjali, and Muskaan. They spot them and go towards them. Ridhhima runs from there and Armaan follows her. She runs behind the curtains with Armaan following her. He finally reaches there and removes the curtains only to find Dr. Shashank there.

Miley Jab Hum Tum: This scene has both the jodis. Gunjan puts color on Samrat who pretends that it went into his eyes. Gunjan then helps him with her dupatta only to realise that it was prank by Samrat who runs away after putting color on her face. Nupur watches this from a distance and is surprised. On the other hand Mayank comes and Nupur puts color on his face. She is about to go when Mayank calls her back and puts color on her face. Nupur cannot believe that Mayank can be so chilled out.

It was seen in the previous episode that all the confusions created between Radhika and Dev has been cleared. Radhika was very furious with Vishaka and had also slapped her. Dev and Radhika then decide to leave the hotel so they are not anywhere near Vishaka. But Vishaka tries to stop Radhika from going and holds her hand. Dev get angry at this and in order to save Radhika he pushes Vishaka away who then falls from the stairs. The man who Vishaka loves is already in jail for which she blames Radhika. Now it will be interesting to see if Vishaka's child will survive or not?

The eve teasing track has come to an end this week. Our sources have confirmed that the this track did not go well down the audience very well so the creatives ended it. The creatives also said that they feel that in television today many viewers are not able to accept experiments that creatives like to do. Anyways, the festival of colors, Holi will bring back the old charm of the show.

Ealier we had reported that karan singh Grover will be back in Dil Mil Gaye for a cameo and had even started shooting from 15th February. The current track is focusing on the marriage relationship of Dr.Riddhima and Dr. Siddhant.

If sources are to be belived then your favourite show Dil Mil Gaye may soon bid good bye to television. The buzz is that the show is coming to an end in March. The latest news is that Star One is going for a major revamp and that is one of the reasons why Love Ne Mila Di Jodi is being axed. The decision to end DMG could also be the same reason.

He was the flamboyant, charismatic, ultra confidant flirt who oozed enough charm to charm the birds off the trees and to wrap most girls around his little finger. He was also emotional, impetuous, and sometimes uncaring of whom he hurt and took things too far in his quest to achieve his goal, whatever the goal might be.

You can love him or hate him but you can never ignore him. And that is Sameer.

Avni, on the other hand is a shy, sweet, innocent, reticent, generous hearted, “gharelu” kind of girl, unsure of her looks and certain of her inability to attract members of the opposite sex, but strong in character and convictions, whose world consisted of her home and her loved ones.

Sameer thought he had everything planned and that he was in control of the situation. He was going to have his revenge. He thought he could make Avni, fall in love with him, and then just use her as a tool for revenge. And while Sameer was making all his revenge plans and machinations, little did he know and suspect that love was making its own plans for him.

And as love had so destined, love happened between Sameer and Avni and thus began the saga of Sameer and Avni, the two opposites of a whole, bound together first by destiny and then by love.

And whatever their characters may be, the magic of this pair has a lot to do with the way they were brought them to life by the people who enacted them. Karan Tacker as Sameer brought his character to life in such a way that he managed to make most either love or hate his character, depending on the things performed by his character. Same goes for Perneet Chauhan, who brought the character of Avni to life in such a way, that she made everyone empathize with every feeling that her character went through. Kudos to both of them for a job well done, and for making these characters so real to their audience that these characters would never have been so loved and sometimes hated if not for the way they have been brought to life by them.

It was only mid of September when Dil Mil Gaye introduced new interns in Sanjeevani. Before the new stories even developed properly there was buzz that Dr. Tammana was about to exit the show. There was a track where it was shown that Dr.Tammana got engaged and went with her fiance and this marked her exit. But it seems like another new intern would be leaving the show and it is none other Dr. Naina. We contacted Neha who plays Naina but she said that she will only be able to confirm this news after a few days.

Dil Mil gaye has been one of those serials which was one of the first youth based shows that had managed to capture the imagination of the present day youth in a big way and to give an expression to the kind of love and romance that the present generation identifies with and longs for. This serial has seen various levels of changes, has gone through a lot of highs and lows, including mainly, the loss of the backup of a strong script and the lack of consistency in the characters. But, whatever may the present status qua may be, DMG will always be remembered for its initial golden period.



And in that special phase, it gave us a treasure of memorable, unforgettable moments, in which some of the punch lines or dialogues uttered by the characters have become their trade mark and have become the quotations of those characters. And when Ridhima finally confessed to Armaan about her love for him, we were right there with him, going over the moon. And as Angad travelled from the path of hatred to that of confusion, attraction, jealousy and then finally his capitulation, we were with him every step of the way. Every time Angad or Prem or Armaan suffered, we suffered with them. And every time they triumphed in winning their loves, we were right there on the side lines, applauding and sharing in their happiness, as if it were our own.

Well, these are those fictional characters and couples on television, that have been induced with so much reality and feelings into their roles, by those who put them together and also by those who have enacted them, that they made us share and experience in all the emotions that there characters have gone through, may that be love ,passion, hate or misery, just about everything in the name of love. And when it comes to feelings as powerful as those, then it is almost impossible to forget such people or characters, who made us feel that way.



And as someone had so rightly said, “ Anyone can catch your eye, but it takes someone special to catch your heart. “



So, here are some such couples that had that special something, with which they managed to not only evoke but keep alive those beautiful emotions in the hearts of millions of people.

. Angad and Kripa (Kaisa Yeh Pyar Hain)- “You know that when I hate you, it is because I love you to a point of passion that unhinges my soul.” – Julie de Lespinasse. Angad, a rich, cynical Rock Star and Kripa, a simple, small town girl with idealistic values. They were opposites in every sense. At first they couldn’t stand each other. Later, they couldn't live without each other. At first, they hated each other with intensity. And later, they loved each other with an even more intense passion. Turbulence was the name of their relationship. It touched the highest of heights and the lowest of lows but what remained constant was the intensity of love and passion between them. Luke warm is not a word that ever entered their relationship.

Sujal and Kashish (Kahiin Toh Hoga)- “You may not love me today, tomorrow, or ever, but I will love you until it kills me, and, even then, you'll be in my heart.”- Unknown. Sujal, a rich, devil may care business man and Kashish, a sweet girl from a loving family. Their love was a force of nature, a pioneer of its kind, that which can be denied, rejected and revered but that which can never be ignored. Every time, that Sujal brooded and cried for Kashish, almost every girl watching cried with and for him. And each time Kashish came on screen, she set flight to the dreams of every guy watching.

Pratham and Gauri( Khutumb) - But let there be spaces in your togetherness and let the winds of the heavens dance between you. Love one another but make not a bond of love: let it rather be a moving sea between the shores of your souls. “ By Khalil Gibran. Pratham,a very immature and hateful kind and Gauri,a willful and stubborn kind. They got married to make each other pay. And make each other pay they did, first, by trying to do one up on the other and later by falling in love with each other. These real life couple brought their love onto the screen to make it come alive with their own real colors of love and passion.

Kavya and Anjali (Kavyanjali)- “True Love burns the brightest, But the brightest flames leave the deepest scars”- Unknown. This couple brought such sizzling heat and chemistry to the screen that they used to heat up the rooms of the viewers. :) I guess the actors who played this role being a real life couple played a large part in the chemistry that they brought on to the screen. But, in screen life, they also had to go through a world of hurt, turmoil and longing in order to end up together.

Armaan and Ridhima(KaSH) (Dil Mil Gaye) -“Love is not written on paper, for paper can be erased. Nor is it etched on stone, for stone can be broken. But it is inscribed on a heart and there it shall remain forever.”-Unknown. He was a care free, happy go lucky self confidant flirt and she, a conservative, modern girl who wanted to follow the ideals and dreams in her father's footsteps. The first time that they met was on the basket ball court. The rest as they say, is history. From the moment that they met on screen, they set the screen on fire with their awe inspiring chemistry. The way that he loved and wooed her made not just Ridhima but almost every girl that watched, whether young or old alike, fall head over heels for him. And the ways Ridhima looked at him made every boy or man want to trade places with Armaan. Their journey with us was short but a memorable one, that which left us with such a lasting impression, that they would always remain close to our hearts forever.

Prem and Heer (Kis Desh Mein Hain Mera Dil) – “Love is composed of a single soul inhabiting two bodies. “ -Aristotle . He was an ideal role model for every role that he played in any relationship. He was the perfect son, brother, lover and husband. He was wealthy, idealistic, brilliant business man from a loving family who always knew that there was only one girl that was made for him and was waiting for her. She was a poor orphan from a loving family, a girl who had always been in love with a guy whom she has never met or seen and was waiting for him. At first sight, their hearts touched and each knew the other to be their soul mate, the one they have been waiting for all their lives. Then began a journey so beautiful, and with such depth, passion and intensity that it would leave a lasting mark on the hearts and minds of its viewers.

Milind and Prachi ( Kayamath) - "We are each of us angels with only one wing. And we can only fly while embracing each other." -Lucian de Croszonza. He was the rough and tough, rags to riches kind of business magnate and she was the sheltered beloved daughter of a rich business man, born with a silver spoon. She was idealistic. He was cynical. She believed in everything good and he did not trust anyone nor believe in anything but himself. And then their union took place as a business deal, only to transform later into a conflagration of a love story, melded gloriously with all the colors of passion, devotion, love and trust.

Prithvi and Damini (Love Ne Mila Di Jodi)- “The worst thing you can do for love is deny it; so when you find that special someone, don't let anyone or anything to get in your way.” –Unknown. He was the tall, strong and silent type and she was the stubborn and head strong kind. He was out for revenge and she did not want to give a damn for him. But, then love had a plan of its own for them and so they fell in love and they fell hard. And then there was no turning back. Set in present times, starting with him playing the role of her body guard and now her husband, this couple continue to sizzle the screen with their intense brooding chemistry and the strength of their characters, which first they used against and then later, totally and wholly in support of the other, to become each other's strength.

Mayank and Nupur (Miley Jab Hum Tum)- “I love you, and because I love you, I would sooner have you hate me for telling you the truth than adore me for telling you lies.” – Pietro Aretino. He was the industrious, intelligent, silent, keep off kind of cool dude of the college and she was the talkative, filmi, small town girl with her head in the clouds. They met and they fought and kept fighting and with no volition of their own, they fell in love. If love transformed Mayank to come out of his shell and to woo his girl in the filmi way she liked, it turned Nupur into the girl who waited with bated breath to hear Mayank say those special words to her. Love blossomed, and so did their feelings and finally led to their union in matrimony. Their saga still continues. Let us see what more colors are added to the bonds of love that tie them together.

Dev and Radhika ( Choti Bahu)- –“And ever has it been known that love knows not its own depth until the hour of separation.”-Khalil Gibran. Their love for each other symbolizes the love of the heavens. The moment Dev's eyes fell on Radhika, that moment was enough for him to know that she was meant to be his forever. And every time that Radhika met Dev, she saw the divine in him. They saw each other and they loved each other. But, there tale has mostly been a tale of separation and waiting. Finally, they are united and one now after facing the tests of time and turbulence. Only time shall tell, what more is in store for them.

But as they say, Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Different couples become special to different people, depending on what touches their heart the most. While it is true some couples may have garnered places in more hearts than others, it is very difficult to really say which couples are really the best, as from each person’s point of view their list is the best.

Waqt badal jaata hain, halaat badal jaata hain, zariyan badal jaata hain, lekin rahi pyaar ke kisi bhi zariye se pyaar ka izhaar kar hi dete hain.

Have we, who live in the 21st century, imagined what could we have ever done without cell phones, faxes, emails, chat rooms, video conferencing?? Life without these things seems very tough. Imagine getting a message across a loved one and you would have to wait for days for a letter to reach or wait for hours to make trunk calls. Time has changed so much and changed everything with it. Chat rooms or a social networking site like Face book are such common places for lovers to meet and then technology such as cell phones and emails play such an important part in easing the relationship. You don’t have to write long letters and post them, rather just make a call to that person and if you are dying to see the person just connect to the net and video conference. Wow, contacting loved ones and expressing emotions has become so much easier.

But how does all this matter to lovers? For them what is more important is to express their love rather than think about the means of communication?

Woh kehtain hain na......Pehle pyaar ki pehli chiti sajan ko deya, kabutar jaja ja, kabutar ja.........Kabutars probably one of the most famous ways to send love messages to lovers across different places. Think about the time of our grand or great grandparents. Meeting your lovers in olden days was not so easy. They would wait for weeks to meet someone and if one was in another city or town the only means to communicate was to post letters. Going further down the time, think about some of the most famous lovers of history and how they use to contact each other. Talk about Prithviraj Chauhan and Raajkumari Sanyogita who didn’t meet up for years because of a misunderstanding, had no sorts of communication yet ended up belonging to each other . The simple reason was because they had kept each other in their hearts only and this is how they were always near each other. Or Be it the spell bounding tune coming out of Ranjha's flute which Heer would hear and come or be it a ball that Romeo attends, meets Juliet and wait for the night to fall so he could climb the balcony to meet her secretly or be it Majnu writing poems for Laila and be it Shirin who would walk long distances to the mountains to meet Farhad, the man who was sentenced to built canals in the mountains if he had to marry her. Farhad had also carved her statue so he could talk to when she wasn’t around herself.

So you see as long as lovers unite be it even after life means of communication don’t matter so much.

Is your brother by any chance, an eligible bachelor who is presently staying or travelling in Bihar? Uh-uh. Haven't heard from him for a while? That would be a Double Whammy!!



In other words, this should be a serious cause for concern. Because, you just might get him back married with a bride in tow. Yes!! You read that right. Married and with a wife in tow. Yes, I understand that you are understandably upset that you were not even informed by him first.



Well, please understand his predicament too. You see he could not inform you first, because he himself did not know that he was going to be getting married in the next couple of days, let alone as to whom he was getting married to. You see, it was as big a shock.. err.. surprise to him as it was to you.



Confused? Believe me!! Your state is nothing compared to the state of the groom and his family.



What you have just read is a common occurrence, called "pakarua vivah",in other words, a forced marriage practice which has initially originated in the interiors of Bihar, but now becoming more widely prevalent in the society there. The story goes that, this was first started by a brother whose 7 sisters committed suicide together, as their family was unable to get them married due to them being too poor to meet the dowry demands made by the boys’ families. So, basically this practice was brought about to support the frustrated parents of the girls to counter their helplessness in meeting the hefty demands of dowry made by the groom's families.



May be someone should have thought of the saying "One bad doesn't deserve another" before resorting to such practice. But, in reality, there are very few options left for the girl’s parents if they are unable to meet the demands of the dowry set by the boy’s parents, as getting their daughter married is one of the main responsibilities of the parents in India. The practice, generally involves selecting a suitable boy for their girl, and then hiring some hooligans to kidnap him, wherein they note his movements and then he is kidnapped and locked up and beaten and then on the date of the wedding, taken and forcefully married to the girl. And this marriage is considered official and accepted as legal and sanctified. And then generally, the girl is left at the groom's house, with a warning to treat the girl right, or face repercussions.



While some families keep the girl and accept her, in fear of repercussions, others refuse to accept her or ill treat her, or sometimes, the forced marriage is used as a trading point, by the girl’s parents to settle the boy’s parents to agree to a more reasonable (more likely nominal) dowry by the boy’s parents. There are also cases of tragedy were the girl or the boy has met with his demise, some ending in suicides, sometimes of the boys, as they are unable to get out of their trauma. But, still the norm continues and there have been reports of many successful marriages from such a union.



And set against this background is the serial Bhagyavidhata on Colors Channel. The story revolves around Bindia, who is an educated and cultured girl, whose family is not able to get her a suitable alliance for her due to her average looks and for them being unable to pay sufficient amount of dowry. After a lot of failed efforts, finally her Brother and Uncle, in desperation resorts to “pakarua vivaah”. They kidnap Vinay (an eligible bachelor from a rich family) and force him to get married to Bindia at gun point. This becomes a turning point, not only in the lives of Bindia and Vinay but also their families. The repercussions and ripple effects of this, as you can imagine are considerable. (Interestingly, Prakash Jais, the person who plays “Raja Bhayya”, the brother of the female protagonist in the serial, and who is one of the main persons involved in Vinay’s kidnappings, is himself from Bihar and is aware of these practices and has been purported to say that, the success ratios for such unions is pretty high)



So, this tells the saga of Bindia, who, being, in a way, herself coerced into this marriage, faces the hatred and horror of the groom and his family. Who was left at their door step and is expected to live happily with a man who was threatened and traumatized into marriage with her. Who has to live with his family who are horror stricken and shocked by the event. This story tells the trials and tribulations Bindia goes through and also that of Vinay, who finds it near impossible to overcome his horror, trauma and turmoil that he had gone through due to his kidnapping and the subsequent events.



Until now, the viewers and Bindia alike, were under the impression that, after all the hatred that Bindia has endured from Vinay, she was finally beginning to make some place in his heart, only to discover this past week, that he was just pretending to like Bindia for the sake of the happiness of his family, who have whole heartedly accepted her after being won over by her complete selflessness and good qualities.





Will there ever be a light at the end of the tunnel for Bindia? Can it be possible that, Vinay has actually started liking Bindia subconsciously, but he either unable to see it himself or/is still not ready to accept it yet?



Will this Valentine day be the day that will bring the season of Love into Bindia's life?
